ACTNOW Inspect provides a complete package of all reports required to sell your home in the ACT. The combined Building, Pest, Compliance and Energy Efficiency (EER) Report is our most commonly requested package. It provides an economical way to fulfil your legal obligations and to prepare your property for entry in the marketplace.
On receipt of payment, ACTNOW Inspect makes the completed report available for downloading. This service is available to the solicitor, agent and vendor to ensure that everyone is informed of the results of the inspection.
By law the buyer must reimburse the cost of Building & Pest Reports, therefore the price is fully reimbused to you by the buyer at settlement.
* Prices based on residence size of up to 185m2 (20 Squares). Additional $10 per square is payable on residences over 20 Squares.
All prices are inclusive of government fees and GST.
